In attending the CAAA 2016 Winter Conference this past January, I was anticipating something over and above the material provided at past conferences. After all, this was the 50th anniversary. Were they going to provide some detailed insight on big plans to combat the carriers? Were they going unveil plans for new legislation for Governor Brown to push through Sacramento?
