DWC to Enforce Lien Claimants' Use of Uniform Assigned NameThe Division of Workers' Compensation (DWC) will enforce lien claimants' use of a Uniform Assigned Name (UAN) beginning June 25, 2016. This is a uniform naming convention which ensures that parties are properly associated to cases in EAMS. The UAN is currently used by attorneys, claims administrators and lien claimants.
